Hi Boomer,

One big issue with any dietary supplement is that manufacturers and distributors do not need Federal Drug Administration (FDA) approval to sell their dietary supplements. This means that FDA does not keep a list of manufacturers, distributors or the dietary supplement products they sell.

I did some research on this product on line and there are mixed feelings about the product. There is also the idea that every person is different and weight loss really depends on physical activity as well as healthy eating so it is not unlikely to get mixed reviews about dietary supplements.

The FDA does provide information for any consumer debating on such products. The main idea here is to talk to your physician before you try or consider a weight loss regiment whether it is exercise or supplements. Your physician will certainly be able to help you since there are possible side effects to everything. If you are on any sort of medication, your physician should also be aware of any supplements you are taking for any possible drug interaction problems.

I hope this information helps.
Good Luck!
Missie
