Hello 10/2010, I am so sorry to hear your story. Thank goodness you did survive. It is a very big desicion to make. I am much older than you and this was a quaility of life issue with me. But there are risks. I'm sorry you are a statistic. I don't know why your doc would have led you to believe that you had no choice. My doc was very good in reminding me that I may still have periods, which I do, but thankfully they don't make me homebound now.
I think what my doc gave me was progesterne?? After a few months life got nomal. But I did feel sore inside for a few months. <3
