Totally disagree with this article . I use to believe the carbs and sugar are bad myth but then i woke up

Carbs are the most important food for the human body. Carbs are the oldest nutrient on earth. Whole grain (real whole grain not the fake stuff) will cause a normal weight or WEIGHT LOSS!

Sugar is NOT bad at all. The Carbs and sugar or bad mentality has actually cause the world to triple in Obesity in the last 30 years
A filmmaker has been reversing diabetes and Obesity in now 10 countries but the media hides the story
