If there was no ejaculation (inside) her and she had her period, pregnancy is not a concern. Spotting brown discharge may occur mid-cycle or after a period (old blood looks brown). If this discharge is foul smelling, it might be a sign of an infection. Otherwise, it's nothing to worry about.
