Basically having been without hair for almost 10 years and having been subjected to painful injections to try and keep/grow my hair, I'm not sure if I would endure the pain of the cold caps. However that perspective is from someone who has little or no success with the painful remedies for Alopecia. Also, the risk of preventing the chemotherapy drugs from circulating throughout your head would certainly be another consideration. It all comes down to personal choice - and what works best for you. I tend to research everything before I try it and then weigh my options. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
