Hi Missie,

Thanks for chiming in again.Yes i had cut down Garlic and i find myself better,i took water more,fruits,juices and i am better but haven't recovered much.

My few questions are still pending on you and your team
1) Can anxiety be treated and eradicated/avoided/reduced with medicine
2) I have high BP, and quitiing smoking has incresed anxiety ,i heard running is good but having high BP can i try that
3) is Yoga god for high BP guys?
