Hi Anonymous,
Thanks for your question and for providing so much information. Unfortunately, we cannot speculate if you will get pregnant or not. We can only tell you that when you forget to take your pills and don't use a backup method it does increase your chances of getting pregnant. Also with missing pills, your period may not show up when you expect it to show up (generally when you are taking your week of placebo pills, or the 4th week of your pack). Since your period was pretty unpredictable before, it especially may be difficult to predict when it will come. All I can tell you, is to follow the instructions in the packet insert that came with your pills when you do forget, but you may want to be extra diligent about trying to not forget. I found it easier to remember to take them when I brushed my teeth at night, since it was something I generally did that at the same time every night. It's good you are using backup method (no matter how reliable that withdrawal method is, right?) along with the pill until you are good about taking it consistently.

If you end up missing your period, you can take a home pregnancy test. Some say to wait until your period is about 5 days late to get a really accurate result. Some tests, however, advertise on the package that you can take it up to 5 days before a missed period--those results may not be as accurate, but bear in mind that a positive is a positive.
Good luck and let us know what happens. Hope you get the result you're looking for.
