Hi there Anon,

Unfortunately, it sounds like you're looking for help with a Nursing Care Plan-- since it's the only thing I've ever needed a nursing diagnosis for before. As Christine mentioned, we can't do your nursing homework for you-- nor does it benefit you any in any way. One thing I can tell you is to think critically-- remember that in Hyperemesis Gravidarum your patient will have extreme, persistent nausea and vomiting during pregnancy that may lead to dehydration and it can also lead to dizziness, weakness, and fainting.
