It sounds like you are about to get your period, but in case you don't, make sure to keep track of these symptoms on a calendar, so you can keep an eye on your cycle. It's always a good idea to track your cycles so if a problem is present, you can easily explain to a doctor what's going on. If you don't have a period for 90 days, a doctor will want to see you. It is normal for our menstrual cycles to fluctuate to a certain extent.
