Thanks for your question and for finding Empowher. The surest way to tell if you are pregnant is a missed period and pregnancy test. Most health professionals may tell you to wait until you miss a period (some even say to wait a week after a missed period) to take a pregnancy test.
I also wanted to ask if you tried any other types of birth control pills, there are several different types, and one may work better for you without bed side-effects like you had with that one. For instance, when I was on birth control, I tried two different types before finding one that didn't cause breakthrough bleeding, or make me feel "off."
