Women can experience early pregnancy symptoms about 2 weeks after unprotected sex (at the time they would be ovulating as well). Ovulation occurs about 2 weeks before your period, and if you think you ovulated November 7th, then your period would be starting about this time. You can take a home pregnancy test now, and it would be accurate IF you ovulated November 7th. If you had a light period November 7th, and have not had unprotected sex since this time, you would not have a risk for pregnancy.

You experienced bleeding on November 7th, and you are not 100% sure if it was spotting from ovulation, breakthrough bleeding or a menstrual period. When you abruptly stop birth control the month before, it was most likely "breakthrough bleeding" or a menstrual period (and not spotting from ovulation), as women's bodies can take a month or two for periods to regulate after stopping birth control. Since you have abruptly stopped birth control previously, your body may react differently this time compared to previous times.
