I am so sorry you are feeling depressed and isolated. Are you currently in the hospital now? How is your physical recovery? If you are in the hospital now, please talk with a nurse or doctor about your feelings of depression and suicide.

If you need to talk with someone NOW, please call the National Suicide Hotline: 1-800-273-8255.

If you are at home, do you have any friends, family, co-workers, neighbors that you can call and ask you to visit? There are many support groups for you, if you would like to talk with some people about common interests or about common medical conditions. We can help you find some support, but first we need to make sure you are not in immediate danger.

Can you talk with your doctor/nurse TODAY and tell them about your suicidal feelings? They can offer immediate support.

Can you tell us how you are physically recovering from your heart surgery?

Would you like to meet with some people in-person? If so, please tell us your general location (just zip code, for example, if in the United States), and your general age. The hospital you had surgery at may have a post-op support group; I can look into this for you if you like, or find other support groups in your area.
