Thanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. Anytime you are exposed to loud noises, and especially long-term exposure like you describe, you run the risk of damaging your hearing. Damage can be temporary, or permanent. One condition related to this exposure is called tinnitus. If you think your ears and hearing have been damaged, you may want to get into see a doctor. Being treated early may help prevent more hearing loss.
