no sweetheart. the penis usually has to have entered the vagina and ejaculated inside of you for you to be able to become pregnant. what you had in your underwear was just your body being aroused and produsing natural lubricant so when a couple do have sexual intercourse it makes it easier for the penis to slide in, the man can also produce this discharge and it is perfectly normal.
