If you have your period, or had your period this month after your rubbing incident-- you are not pregnant. :)
Implantation bleeding does not occur to everyone nor is it anything like a period. It is a very faint pink tinge in your underwear or toilet paper, not bright red blood like you get when you have a period. There are few cases of women who bleed while being pregnant, but it really isn't a true period and I wouldn't classify you under this possibility.
Plan B can and most likely will cause your period to come early but if you are already pregnant, it will do nothing. Try not to stress out about it, there was no actual penetration AND you have your period. Best Wishes!
