Most hospitals in the U.S. accept Medicaid patients. Those who typically do not are for-profit hospitals and some specialty hospitals.

If your daughter is on Medicaid then she should be covered by an insurance plan in the Medicaid program in her state which will have a list of their accepted providers, including doctors and hospitals. Most plans today have that information on their websites.

Patients are not typically admitted directly to a hospital for inpatient care unless they seek care in the emergency department which determines whether or not they have a medical condition which warrants an admission.

If your daughter does not have Medicaid, seeks emergency care and is then admitted, the hospital will work with her to determine if she is eligible for Medicaid and can get coverage. It is in the hospital's best interests to get paid for their services and most are happy to work with patients who find themselves in need of legitimate emergency medical support from the Medicaid program.
