do not eat things with alot of sugar .. stay away from sugar!! and also avoid store bought food .. eat things you cook because you know whats in it .. and ask your doctor what attracts cramps so you know what to put in your food. keep your legs closed both sexually and physically . and exercise and sleep. exercise keeps cramps low because your body is active and also sleep because your body needs rest during the process so get more than 8 hrs of sleep. i avoid fruits but thats up to i tend to because no matter how healthy fruits are they are still dangerous in many ways they contain sugar and acids even lemon and lime . one fruit i would recommend is avocado not alot of sugar or acids.
