I know one trainer and couple of gyms too. Last yr i went to a gym but I reduced a Kg in 3months and then it got struck there. But i am planning to rejoin it. Cardios make me feel energetic and good but machine like cross leg, rotatory disc, etc make me feel so tired and frustrated. Please guide me what should I do. My height is 5'7" and weight is 68kgs. i want to reach 58kg but i am happy with 60 kg too. Advise me further
