If anyone reads this look into csf leak, only because it said she had a bad taste in her mouth. If it tastes like metal it can be a leak of the cerebral spinal fluid. Don't let them say you would be dead by now. People can have it for years and if you needed antibiotics it could be because it can give you bacterial meningitus. I was just diagnosed after 11 years. Go to a neurologist or neurosurgeon who looks at skull base problems like leaks. They know better than radiologists what to look for
