Thanks for this interesting data, Haralee. It's possible that some of those who answered "no" were already living a healthy lifestyle. It's also possible that some of them faced so many personal and financial hardships due to the cancer situation they were unable to focus on improving their lifestyle and they may have even been forced into a lesser lifestyle.
I agree it would be ideal for all of us to have a positive, healthy lifestyle. Hopefully in the new year there will be more effort made in the US to focus on preventive health measures on the front end and stronger funding of recovery needs on the back end of cancer for more patients. It could sure make a difference!
