I'm very confused...you are saying that you took the reminder pills for the week after?

If these are the pills you are referring to, they do not contain hormones.

When you are using hormonal contraception, you do not actually have a period. What you experience is called "withdrawal bleeding". So, if you are skipping the hormone-containing pills, you can have earlier-than-expected withdrawal bleeding. If you are taking the hormone-containing pills haphazardly, you can have a combination of withdrawal or breakthrough bleeding (bleeding in-between cycle).

No one can tell you when to expect your period, as you are not on a predictable cycle with your hormone-containing pills. I'm happy to hear that you will be using your pills consistently in the future, and you weren't having sex during this time!
