A period indicates you are not pregnant for that cycle. If the only time you had sex was in June, and you have had multiple periods since that time (July, August, September)... you are not pregnant.

Your last menstrual period was mid-September, and it is now end-of-December. Women can miss a period without indicating a medical concern. However, since you have missed two consecutive periods, you should call your Gynecologist for a medical exam. Reasons (beyond pregnancy) for a missed period can include fibroids or cysts, both of which are easily treatable when detected early.
