A period indicates you are not pregnant for that cycle. If the only time you had sex was in June, and you have had multiple periods since that time (July, August, September)... you are not pregnant.

Reasons (beyond pregnancy) for a missed period can include fibroids or cysts, both of which are easily treatable when detected early.
