Thanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. Anytime you forget to take your birth control pills and have sex without using a backup method, you are taking a risk of getting pregnant. The surest way to find out if you are pregnant is to wait for your period. If you don't get it, take a pregnancy test at that time, or request one from your doctor's office.
