You mentioned your last menstrual period was October 25th, but did not have unprotected sex until December 22nd. Did you have a period in November?

If you were expecting your period on/around December 25th, and just had unprotected sex on December 22nd, a home pregnancy test would not be accurate. You would need to wait at least a few weeks, as it takes about 14 days after ovulation (assuming the worst-case-scenario that you ovulated at the time you had unprotected sex) for the fertilized egg to implant, meaning you would be pregnant.

If your period does not begin by the end of the week, take another home pregnancy test. Since you are sexually active, you need to be seeing a Gynecologist (you don't have to tell your parents; you just need to let them know it's for your health and your menstrual cycles are a little irregular). It is important to use birth control, either the pill or other hormonal contraception, or condoms, if you are so worried about being pregnant AND can't tell your parents about needing to go to the doctor.

Please let us know when your period begins, or if you take another test. If your period does not start by the end of January, it is important to talk to your regular doctor or find a Gynecologist, as even if you are not pregnant, it is important to rule out any medical conditions that may be preventing your periods (you would have missed three consecutive periods by this time).
