Hi jisla,
Glad your concern has been alleviated. The best thing you can do is to try and relax. Then there's also having sex, and lots of it. You also may want to try to eat healthy, exercise (any kind you normally do is fine, and walking especially is not a problem). Additional things include: some doctors suggest decreasing your intake of caffeine and alcohol, and if you're a smoker, quit. You may want to start taking a prenatal multi-vitamin with DHA (fish oil). If you're unsure, you may also want to give your doctor a call and tell them you're trying--they may have some suggestions.

Many doctors say that if you have been trying unsuccessfully for a year, then it's time to look into fertility issues that may be going on. If you are over 35 years of age, then 6 months is a good amount of time to be really trying before asking the doctor if anything could be wrong fertility-wise. Good luck!
