Since you used protection this last time, are you sure it was sperm that you saw? Not discharge?
Either way, unprotected sex can always lead to pregnancy, whether you took Plan B or not. Plan B will prevent pregnancy if you are not pregnant already. I'm not sure if you took it a third time but if it did its job the first two times, then you were protected until then.
The most accurate way of finding out is to wait until you've missed a period (IF you miss your period) and taking a home pregnancy test. At this point, it's a waiting game until you get your period.
