thank you for responding. Yes I discovered the web site you mentioned and read the story
of it's founder. I plan to see a cardiac Dr outside of Kaiser for a second opinion. Perhaps then I can convince Kaiser I need a procedure. I have other problems like carotid artery blockage (mild) that I'm sure exaserbates AF. I've lost so much time beause of AF and afraid to do anything. Do you know if water aerobics or just walking would help?
