The "very, very light spotting/bleeding" you experienced after sex can be normal for many women.
However, since you said you have a "funny, deep inside feeling" during penetration...if this is something that is a new symptoms, you know your body best and it is great that you are wanting to have a doctor check your IUD to be sure it is not out-of-place.
