If you had your menstrual period on January 9th, was this your expected time for your period?
If so, a menstrual period indicates you are not pregnant. It is the absence of menstruation that may be a sign of pregnancy. It does not matter if your period lasted "only" 3 days.
Are you sure your periods usually last up to 10 days? Anything more than 7 days may need to be discussed with your doctor.
