As you know, the withdrawal method is only about 70% effective at preventing pregnancy. Pregnancy tests typically aren't accurate until you've missed a period, and it takes roughly 10-14 days for a pregnancy to occur after a sexual encounter. It would be too early for symptoms to be happening. Try to remain calm, and if you miss your period, take another test then, or wait until a few days after you miss your period. If you get your period, you're not pregnant.
