Thank you for your question. My first thought is that your last period was on December 20th and you took a pregnancy test on January 17th. not even 30 days.
After taking Plan B, there is definitely a period of time which is usually a couple months where you may experience irregular periods which is common. I would wait, if I were you, for a week or so to see if your period comes before trying to take another pregnancy test. It may just be stress related as to why your missing your period. Can you keep us updated?
