Thank you for your question and for joining EmpowHER. The condition known as tubular breasts is a very personal thing. You can get fitted for a good bra to support them, or you can have them surgically enhanced. Bear in mind, that a woman who may appear to have "perkier breasts" may just be wearing a good bra, or may have had surgery like you are considering. It's a personal choice you can make depending on your finances, and your own personal ideals.
