That's right...just like I said above, "if he did not ejaculate, there is little to no risk of pregnancy". We can not say there is "no risk" of pregnancy, because the only zero-percent risk is abstinence (of course), but a man would need to ejaculate in/near/on a woman's vagina in order for her to become pregnant.
