Welcome to EmpowHer and thank you for your post. While I can see your concern, chances are you probably just have a pimple or even an ingrown hair-- which can be quite painful depending on the location.
Genital Warts (or any STD) are contracted ONLY through sexual contact. Genital Warts don't manifest in the hands, only in the genitals. So in order for you to get something like this from your boyfriend, he had to have (at the very least) rubbed his penis on your vagina. Putting his fingers in you would not put you at risk for a genital disease.
