jojomami,

Thanks for posting.

Usually, when you take a urine pregnancy test, it is very accurate-- especially if you are late on your period. Since your last period was Dec 17, On a 35 day cycle you were due to start again on Jan 21. However, given the fact that you are on a 26-35 day cycle, you're period seems to be irregular and unpredictable. I know you say that you haven't had any stress, weight loss, weight gain, or anything that can affect your period but it does sound like you've been through quite a journey trying to conceive and perhaps even every month as you wait to see if you are pregnant or not. Have you always had irregular periods?

Honestly, based on what you've said and your age-- it really doesn't sound like perimenopause but more like an irregular period. If you want to visit your doctor for any tests and for another pregnancy test--you may. Perhaps, it will give you a little peace of mind.
