Thank you for your question and for joining EmpowHER. Menopause can be very uncomfortable for some women. Have you been to the doctor to confirm you actually are in menopause? The depression especially is something you may want to discuss with your doctor, and the urinary incontinence. Your doctor can assess if he thinks medication can help you in your own personal situation. As far as the headache and backpain go, do these respond to OTC medications like acetaminophen or ibuprofen? If you are getting severe headaches and back pain that isn't being helped by OTC medicines, then your doctor could possibly prescribe something for that as well.
