I know this is an old post but I'm curious how your situation has turned out. i had robotic pyloplasty in May 2017, I was in the hospital for 5 days following surgery. my upj was not found until 2009, i had a few stents and then they decided surgery was my best option, my urologist said its 95% successful but the more i read on here the less i believe that. I had my stent following surgery for 6 weeks and had been fine for months, about 2-3 months ago i started feeling pain here and there but assumed it was normal scar tissue. suddenly yesterday I'm hurting pretty bad, i keep hoping its nothing and will go away. As you know this is a horrible painful surgery and i really don't want to go back in.
