Hi kelise - Thanks for writing again, and I'm sorry you're feeling scared and worried. Sometimes small amounts of milk can be expressed when nipples are squeezed or stimulated. Some women also experience this if they are on birth control pills. It's not dangerous but can be very inconvenient and frightening.
Any change in the breast, though, especially if only occurring on one side, needs an exam and work up. I'm so glad you made the doctor appointment and will be seen tomorrow. Do you have a friend who can go with you to the appointment? Sometimes that helps when you're nervous.
Most likely everything will be fine. I sure hope so! Let me know how the appointment goes and if I can help further.
