Thank you so much anonymous ...my wife has the same two issues and this was very helpful and unwittingly I did breakthrough.... and it was painful for her...but worth it 4 beautiful kids later. We Just want to say thank you for the input. And according to doctors the cord hanging is not detrimental in any way
