Thank you for your question. Once you miss a period, you can take a pregnancy test. You can read on the outside of the packages to see the earliest detection for the specific pregnancy test.

You explained that you did not have penetration from your experience and in order to become pregnant, sperm must enter the vagina. In addition, the symptoms you explained could be either pregnancy or menstrual symptoms and therefore, without a pregnancy test confirming “yes or no” I cannot confirm that you are pregnant. Pregnancy and pre-menstrual symptoms mimic each other.

At this point, take a pregnancy test to be certain but it would be highly unlikely if sperm did not enter the vagina. Can you keep us updated on your results?
