As you said, sperm can not travel through clothing. The sticky stuff on your underwear was also what you said...it was your own vaginal lubrication from being aroused. This discharge can be increased in quantity when aroused, and the consistency changes during your cycle (depending if you are ovulating, etc). This is all normal.
Sperm can not travel from your stomach to your vagina.
