If he ejaculated (had an orgasm) then yes, sperm would have been ejaculated as part of the semen.
It sounds like you are under the impression that sperm are "all mighty", and even if he is wearing underwear and jeans, you are wearing clothing, and he did not even have his penis anywhere near your vagina (just your stomach), that you have this idea that sperm can penetrate through all of these layers of clothing, skin, travel long distances in search of the vagina.... that is just not so! :-) Sperm are not as magnificent as you give them credit for...they are actually very fragile and die within seconds when exposed to the air (they dry out).
If you continue being "paranoid" as you describe, please question your emotional readiness for this level of sexual activity, and educate yourself on what are risky sexual behaviors that could lead to pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases (what you did was NOT risky).
