If/when proven that a sensible diet and moderate exercise has the potential of delaying recurrence, the good news is that we all follow these guidelines whether as an official accrued subject in the study or not. I'd rather go to the grocery store to buy my cancer prevention necessities vs. an infusion of chemotherapy.
