The lubricants such as Astroglide do not contain spermicide; you just need to read the box and it will clearly be marked with "spermicide" if it contains this ingredient.
Please know that there is conflicting information; the above poster provided some good information (even though they are selling a product) as there is evidence that personal lubricants can effect sperm mobility. This is not a problem for some couples; for other couples it is.
