Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. If you have only been trying to conceive for 4 months, you may want to just keep at it. Have you been tracking your menstrual cycles so you can estimate when you are ovulating, so you can increase your chances of getting pregnant? A normal, healthy woman of childbearing age can expect to be 20% likely to get pregnant in any given month when she is trying to get pregnant. Most doctors recommend at your age to try to conceive for a year's time, then you can begin infertility counseling.
It is completely normal for the "white drops" to come back out after intercourse. There are some women who try to elevate their pelvis to keep all the sperm inside to increase their chances. But there are millions of sperm in ejaculate, so the odds are not bad, even with some lost after intercourse. Just keep trying.
