Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. There is hope. Low libido is something you can talk with your gynecologist about. They can try to determine if there is a physical reason why (for example, hormone imbalance) you may be experiencing a lack of desire. There also are topical treatments that may improve your experience with sex (Zestra, female intimacy enhancement oil). But you may want to talk with you doctor first. I think the fact that you want to enjoy it is a good thing. If you really didn't care about not wanting intimacy, that would be more of a problem. Your doctor may be able to help you figure out what could be going on and may have some suggestions to help you get back your "boogie".
