Try meditation and yoga. Inner body heat isn't a medical problem, it's a spiritual one. Your thinking mind has taken over, you think and stress too much over thing that have no importance, and they are disturbing you inner peace causing inner heat. Meditation and toga are breathing excercises for relaxsation and helping our mind to calm down. Most if not all illneses are caused by our thinking mind. You should do some (not too much, you should just give in and do what feels right, don't focus too much on positioning or rules) reaserch on it. I REALLY RECOMEND THIS, it's the path to happines not just a quick fix.
