I'm not an expert but it sounds like you should be in the clear, I wouldn't worry too much. Not only does it sound like he wasn't in you for very long, I truly doubt that especially with a condom that you may be pregnant. If you're really concerned I would just get a pregnancy test just to clear your mind, but in all honestly I think you're fine. As far as you feeling pain afterwards, I agree with Maryann above.
