Try to relax. Yes, antibiotics do interfere with the effectiveness of a birth control pill but if you took it before, you should be okay. Since you forgot to take the pill the day after having sex, there is a slight chance of pregnancy just because the pills were not taken exactly as directed. Remember that even when they're taken 100% accurately there is still a .09% chance of pregnancy. Abnormal discharges can sometimes be associated with an infection-- the one brownish in color can even be old pooled blood and that's normal. Wait two more days and see if you get your period, if not-- take a pregnancy test to ease your mind.
