F Y I......So ,i found some relief by mistake after injuring myself playing football....i sprayed my shoulder w this product called "max freeze "...you can pick it up on the shelves in Walmart.....pretty much the only thing that works for me after finding the ice packs just dont work any more. Hope it helps.
